At JOH Industries, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in supplying high-quality medical and healthcare products. However, due to the nature of medical consumables and hygiene-sensitive equipment, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product has not been used or opened and remains in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, used or unsealed medical products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at support@johindustries.com within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and product images (if damaged or wrong item received).
- Once approved, our team will guide you through the return shipping or pickup process.
Return shipping costs may be covered by JOH Industries if the error is on our part (wrong or damaged item).
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during the purchase.
- In some cases, you may opt for a replacement or store credit instead of a refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used medical consumables (e.g., syringes, catheters, infusion sets, etc.).
- Customized or special-order products.
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
- Once dispatched, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
