1. Order Processing
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email and/or WhatsApp update with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- We deliver products across India through our trusted courier and logistics partners.
- Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.
- We currently do not ship internationally.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping may be available for orders above a specified amount (as mentioned during checkout).
- For all other orders, a nominal shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- In case of large or bulk orders, shipping costs will be communicated prior to dispatch.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

5. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package is damaged during transit, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at support@johindustries.com.
- If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery period, please notify us within 7 days so we can coordinate with our courier partners.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. JOH Industries will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
